Grid Transformation

One month in, and your page
doesn't look like the same restaurant.

Your grid is the first thing a hungry customer sees. We rebuild it into a storefront that actually sells — same system, two real clients.

Consistency

One visual language across every post, so your page reads as a real brand instead of a camera roll.

Appetite appeal

Professionally lit food, drink, and video that stops the scroll and makes people hungry on sight.

First impression

New customers check your grid before they walk in. This is what they'll find waiting.

Do the math yourself

See exactly what it takes to pay for itself

Put in your own numbers. This shows how many new customers a month it would take to cover a marketing investment — most owners are surprised how small the number is.

The break-even calculator

Your numbers, not ours. Nothing is stored — this is just for you.

What one guest (or table) spends on a typical visit.
$45
per visit
A regular might visit 2–4× a month. A one-time guest is 1.
2
visits/mo
Just a ballpark you have in mind — this is only for your own math.
$1,500
per month
New customers needed to break even
39
new customers a month covers it
That's about 10 new customers a week.
Each new regular is worth $1,080/year to you.
Everything past that is profit. If we bring in more than 39 new customers a month, the system has paid for itself and the rest is growth.

Answered before you ask

The questions owners always have

If you were going to ask it on the call, it's probably here. Read now, save the call for your specific situation.

Do I have to be on camera?
Only if you want to — and honestly, owners who show their face usually get the most reach, because people want to know who's behind the food. But we build plenty of content around the dishes, the kitchen, and the atmosphere. We'll shape it around what you're comfortable with.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none, and that's the point. We handle strategy, filming, editing, posting, and ads. Your only real involvement is a short shoot day and one strategy call a month. You shouldn't be doing any of the work you'd be paying us for.
How soon will I see results?
Content starts going out right away. Early signs — saves, shares, people mentioning they saw you online — usually show inside the first few weeks. Meaningful, consistent foot traffic builds over the first couple of months as the content compounds. Anyone promising overnight miracles isn't being straight with you.
Can you guarantee more customers?
No one honestly can — and be careful of anyone who does. What I can promise is a system that makes your visibility consistent instead of luck: professional content, posted on a real strategy, backed by ads that put you in front of the right local people. Done right, customers come. We'll talk through what "done right" looks like for your spot on the call.
I've been burned by a marketing company before.
You're not alone — most owners I talk to have. Usually it's someone who ran ads with no content strategy, or took a monthly fee and disappeared. The call is partly so you can tell me exactly what went wrong last time, and I'll show you specifically how this is different. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
Do you work with restaurants outside your city?
Yes. We have teams that come to you to film, then everything routes to our editing office. We serve restaurants across the country — location isn't a barrier.
What if I want to start smaller?
That's a completely normal place to start. We can build something that fits where you are now and scale up once you see it working. Come to the call with a rough sense of what you're comfortable with and we'll find the right fit together.

Let's get ahead of it

The honest talk, in writing, up front

The three things most owners hesitate on. I'd rather address them here than have them sit in the back of your mind during our call.

$"It sounds like it might be out of my budget."
Fair — and worth asking: out of budget compared to what? Compared to what you spend now, or compared to what it costs to keep a page that doesn't bring anyone in? There's room to start where you're comfortable and scale as it works. The real question for the call is what a new customer is worth to you — once we know that, the math usually answers itself. Bring a range you're comfortable with and we'll build to it.
?"I'm not sure it'll actually work for my restaurant."
Healthy skepticism — you should have it. That's exactly why this is a strategy call and not a pitch. We look at your actual page, your actual market, and your actual goals, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is a fit. If it's not, you'll still leave with a clear direction you can use. You're not risking anything by having the conversation.
"I might need to think about it / talk to my partner."
Totally reasonable — most good decisions involve someone else. The best thing you can do is come to the call with your questions ready and, if there's a partner, a sense of what they'd want to know too. That way you leave with real answers instead of a "let me get back to you." The more you decide before we talk, the faster we can move if it's a fit.

Your 2-minute homework

Come ready to decide

You don't need to fill anything out. Just have a rough answer to these three in your head before we talk — it's the difference between a call that ends in "I'll think about it" and one that ends in a plan.

01 · BUDGET

What can you invest?

A range is fine. Knowing roughly what you're comfortable spending lets me build a real recommendation instead of guessing.

"I'm thinking somewhere around $____ a month."
02 · TIMELINE

When would you start?

Ready now? Waiting on a slow season to pass? Opening a new location? Your timing shapes the whole plan.

"If it's a fit, I'd want to start by ____."
03 · DECISION

Who says yes?

Is this your call alone, or is there a partner or co-owner? If so, it helps to have them on the call or briefed.

"The decision is mine / mine + ____."

That's it. You're prepped.

If you've gone through everything above, you already know who I am, what we've done, and whether the math works for you. Now the call is just about your restaurant, specifically.

See you soon. Come with your questions — I'll bring the plan.
